DRP Repair Shops Serve The Insurance Companies, Not The Car Owner

Insurance companies who have entered into Direct Repair Agreements (DRP contracts) with body shops have agreed to send a high volume of repair work in exchange for a series of concessions on the part of the auto body repair shop. These agreements include the use of untested aftermarket- and often cheap replacement parts- junkyard parts, or to fix broken parts when a replacement should have been used. DRP shops got rich while insurance companies saved money all at the expense of the consumer who is driving a car with an inferior and possibly dangerous repair. Mac Haik Dodge body shop is adamantly a non-DRP shop. You may legally appoint your repair shop to act as your "Designated Representative" to protect your interest and negotiate a fair claim settlement with your insurance company. Allow us to fight for your right as a consumer to receive the factory correct repair that you deserve.
