They make the entire car buying process fast and painless! The GM, Nancy Lambert, went above and beyond our expectations and the sales representative, Fred Seel, made sure to take his time to explain everything including features in detail, leaving us with absolutely no questions when we drove out of the parking lot. And...once we made it to finance, it took less than 30 minutes to sign the documents. The entire dealership went above and beyond and we will return next time we are in the market for a new vehicle, we won’t shop anywhere else!

Sales staff was awesome & friendly. They took me seriously and didn't say anything sexist so that was a major plus for me. I didn't leave feeling intimidated or anything. 2 days after buying my new vehicle I was rear ended. The service dept has been super helpful assisting me in finding a body shop & when I needed my headrests reset, they helped immediately instead of making me set up an appt. Their just pretty cool over there. Not like other DCJR dealerships I've been to.
